- We use Kohlrabi Microgreens in our salads for all of its health benefits
- These are also great in smoothies, wraps and sandwiches
- Separating your squares will allow for them to reach out and grown better (as pictured here)
- Kohlrabi Microgreens will need water 1-2 times a week.
- Put them on a plate with water on it and let them absorb the water.
- Do not let them sit in water for too long.
- If they are heavy they are all done drinking and are ready to dry out for a couple days.
- Kohlrabi Microgreens do great sitting on a counter.
- Keep Microgreens away from AC or heater vents
